What about parking in the community?
Individual units may have zero, one or two parking spots that belongs to the unit (yes, there are a few units with no reserved parking.) In addition there are unassigned spots available that can be used on a first-come basis. Both reserved and unreserved spots require a parking permit - towing is ebforced. Parking passes are provided by the condo association.
How close is the metro?
It is very close. It depends a bit on where you are in the community but the Spring Hill Silver Line metro stop on Rt 7 is about 0.9 miles walk. The Tysons Corner Mall stop is about a 1.1 mile walk.
What is the owner occupancy ratio at the Fountains at McLean?
The community is popular with investors that purchase units and rent them out. Historically the ratio has been above 50%. It varies from year to year.
